Winter Garden - Part II





The garden has grown!  The freezing temps last week killed off the last of the summer plants (tomatoes, peppers).  The greens and root veggies are doing well!  Fresh salad greens,every day. 
















We had to chase 10 wild turkeys out of the gardens the other day!  Silly turkeys....

  4. Tammy, it was quite a sight with the turkeys! The pics here are actually old ones. The family has grown since then. They are HUGE! I had to run around the yard waving my arms, shouting at them to get them out of the garden. The kids were laughing at me! :)

  6. Your garden looks so good right now. We can't even see ours for the snow, - ezcept for the kale of course - and I have some newly delivered fruit bushes sitting in the greenhoouse just waiting for a thaw. xx
